DESCRIPTION:
The Gathering Tree graces the Ottawa Street entrance of the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium Complex. This piece is a beautiful example of metal used to create a kinetic sculpture atop a pole. The highly polished stainless steel catches the wind, setting the 'arms' in motion. These metal plates are laser-cut with a maple leaf pattern to pay tribute to the history of the building.
